This cottage is located in the small village Crni Kal in the mountain Velebit. The place is ideal for a relaxing stay in a quiet environment and beautiful nature. The cottage consists of seven bedrooms and a living room on the first floor with a kitchen, which is available to all guests. The other floors also each have a small kitchen. On the spacious terrace next to the house you can enjoy the mild evenings with delicious barbecue. Together with CKV180, a small soccer field, table tennis, basketball hoop, tennis court and on agreement with the owner a pub as well as and a 50 m2 pool are available to all sporty customers. From the pool area you have a magnificent view of the enchanting landscape. Visit the nearby National Park Velebit, with fantastic viewpoints, high climbing rocks and numerous caves and the impressive valley Gacka dolina. The beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is the largest national park in Croatia in terms of area, is only an hour's drive away.

Tolles Haus in einsamer Lage

Das Haus ist an sich voll in Ordnung, sehr sauber, einfache aber gute Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, der über Novasol vermietet, ist hervorragend. Total unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr einsam. Man ist mitten in den Bergen, der nächste Bäcker ist mind. 30 Minuten weit entfernt. Das sollte man berücksichtigen. Wer ungestört und unbeobachtet Ferien machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist ca. 50qm groß, uneinsehbar vom Haus, was seine Vorteile mit sich bringt. Den Vermieter Novasol würde ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Sehr diffuse Kommunikation, abstruse Argumentation, wenn es geht, werde ich beim nächsten Mal lieber über andere Vermieter buchen wollen.
