This beautifully furnished semi-detached house is located just a few steps from the beautiful and crystal clear sea. It consists of two living units, which are accessible from the outside and through the terraces. A well-kept garden area allows your children to play carefree while you prepare delicacies on the grill. In the village of Kozino you can play paintball, rent bicycles, charter boats and find many pleasant places to relax. A new bike path connects several places with the city of Zadar, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. National parks Paklenica, Kornati and Plitvicka lakes are a must for every nature lover and active vacationer.

Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe direkt am Meer, ca 30 Meter und besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen. Für Personen mit Gehbehinderung wird es schwierig, da es bis in die Wohnungen einige Treppen sind. Es ist alles vorhanden, Liegen, Schirme, Wasch-und Spülmaschine, wöchentlich frische Handtücher und Bettzeug, auch Spülmittel und Toilettenpapier. Das W-Lan war öfter nicht so toll. Wir waren 6 Personen, vielleicht waren es aber auch einfach zu viele Geräte. Auch am Meer ist ein Schirmständer vorhanden, Liegen leider nicht, aber man hat es so nah zum Haus, das es überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Einstieg zum Meer ist natürlich felsig, aber man kommt super ins Meer. Der Ort Kožino hat einige gute Restaurants und bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es ca 3-4 km.
