The high quality modern villa built in 2017 is located directly on the sea. The infinity outdoor pool ends right on the beach and 7m from the sea.
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an interlocking kitchen, dining room and living room area with open fireplace await you to experience an unforgettable vacation.
The huge window fronts with a fantastic view of the islands in front of the Kornati Natural Park make your heart beat faster.
In front of the house at its own berth there is a new provided rigid hull boat with 140PS (skipper for 100-150 EUR / day possible) for up to 10 people.
Villa FUXBAU is fully furnished with everything that is needed. You just need to think about your clothes.
