Come to this beautiful vacation home close to the Italian border to escape the stress of everyday life and really relax. The 2000 m² property offers plenty of space for children and pets to romp around and let off steam. The country house was built in typical Istrian style and is a wonderful place for a dream vacation.



Make trips to the nature, where you can pick asparagus in spring and mushrooms and truffles in autumn. Or visit the weekly truffle market nearby to taste the specialty. Make yourself comfortable on the stone covered terrace and enjoy magnificent sunsets. With the permanently installed stone grill, you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes for your loved ones. By car you can reach relatively quickly either Italy or Rijeka, if you want a bit of city feeling. Discover the coastal and port towns and let yourself be spoiled by the hospitality of the people in the local restaurants.

Es war ein echt schöner Urlaub. Alles da, was man braucht, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr in ausreichender Menge, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man braucht für alles ein Auto, aber das ergibt sich eigentlich aus der Beschreibung und Kartenansicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Einzige was man an der Unterkunft bemängeln könnte, ist die Positionierung der Klimaanlage, aktuell kühlt diese nicht den Schlafbereich, und das wird im Hochsommer echt heiss unterm Dach.

Das Haus ist eben ein echtes uriges istrianisches Haus. Die Vermieter sind supi nett.Ein- und auschecken gar kein Problem. Waren früher da und kamen rein und mussten leider eher nach Hause war auch kein Problem. Per SMS oder Telefon immer zu erreichen.

Lovely, quiet holiday cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay in this holiday cottage away from the crowds. We enjoyed long walks trough the forest in the vicinity and the quiet nights on the porch. From the distance we could spot the medieval town of Buje. Supermarket was only a 20 minute drive away. Lots of sightseeing and wine tasting nearby. Nearest beach only a 15 minute drive.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Das Häuschen liegt ruhig und etwas abgelegen, für uns mit Hund und Kleinkind war es aber perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist renoviert, also schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Wohnraum ist alt aber gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Typical Istrian stone house in a quiet and green location but still close to the beaches.

It was an exceptional experience of staying in an unspoiled natural environment where you can enjoy peace and isolation, yet being just a short drive away from the coast, supermarkets and restaurants. The house was clean and equipped with all you need, kitchen with stove and microvawe. It is located just 5 km from Buje and 12 km from Umag. Excellent location to explore Istria. We particularly recommend exploring central Istria.

Haus mit Charme, aber auch mit Makeln in absolut ruhiger Lage

Ruhige Lage, ideal zum Ausspannen. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber, sondern nur oberflächlich gereinigt! Zudem fehlte es an wichtigen Details, wie beispielsweise einer Einweisung bei Ankunft, Bedienungsanleitungen von TV, Warmwasserboiler und Klimaanlage. Am Abend war das Haus recht kühl, sodass wir den Ofen einheizen mussten. Leider wurde uns dies vorab auch nicht erklärt bzw. gezeigt. Wichtige Putzutensilien fehlten (z.B. Staubsauger) genauso wie kleine, aber wichtige Einrichtungsgegenstände, die nicht teuer sind, einen erholsamen Urlaub jedoch wesentlich angenehmer machen (z.B. diverse Haken für Garderobe, Handtücher und Fensterläden). Für unseren Hund war der Aufenthalt ideal, da sie sich jederzeit frei bewegen konnte.
