Das Haus ist in einer guten Lage, nah am Strand und durch die großen Fenster ein guter Blick auf das Meer und die Kinder am Strand. Allerdings ist der Strand durch die vielen Steine nicht sehr schön. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und auch sehr gepflegt und auch in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Fotos sind nicht geschönt; sie entsprechen dem Zustand des Anwesens.
