The apartment was spacious, pleasant and welcoming, and overall we had a good stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated her willingness to assist us.There are a few points worth mentioning for future guests. During our 11-night stay, we were provided with only one towel and one roll of toilet paper, and we had to ask for a hairdryer. It would be more convenient to have these essentials available from the beginning.It is also important to mention in the listing that there are several flights of outdoor stairs to reach the building, followed by more stairs to the third floor. This can be quite challenging, especially with luggage. Unfortunately, the handrails in the communal stairwell were very dirty.We were also unable to watch Armenian channels on the smart TV.Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and appreciated the host’s helpfulness. We hope these suggestions will help make future guests’ stays even more comfortable.
