Gazebo , Cave w/ waterfall ,BBQ grill, terrace that overlooks mountain peaks,fish pond. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, Living room w/fireplace, Kitchen. Food store is just a few minutes of walking . 1-2km from house endless restaurants with good food and best prices in town . 25 min. drive to center of city. Easy access to major highways makes the best place to stay from where you can discover all of Armenia!
120 sq meters (1300 sq feet) of living space plus terraces on each floor. Full bathroom on each floor. 2 bedrooms on second floor. 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom and 1 Queen size bed in second bedroom. Bedrooms are air conditioned. Living, Dining and Kitchen on first floor. Living room with wood burning fireplace. Kitchen provided with utensils.Dining table for 8. 2 sofas on first floor.Flat TV. 12 seat 'Cave' with waterfall. House is great for 4-6 people. 2-3 car parking .
10 minutes of walking distance to bus stop on road H3 and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Transportation is very inexpensive in Armenia, due to use of natural gas instead of gasoline. Bus fare-100 dram inside city.But there are abundance of taxi with low fares. I highly recommend using Yandex.taxi and GG taxi, Utaxi apps. They have low fares and navigation system in cars. From my house to airport is $6-8 and to city center $2-3.

Great Summer Home

We stayed at this summer home for a week and we really enjoyed it! The house was very clean, it had new clean bathrooms. We had complete privacy and enjoyed our time by either making barbecue, hanging out in the garden eating cherries and apples, and even relaxing in the pool. It was very close to Garni and Geghard. Karen was also able to accommodate us with travel to Garni and Gaghard and even downtown Yerevan. We were probably 20-30 minutes away from downtown Yerevan. We would go to downtown Yerevan during the day and come home in the afternoon and enjoy relaxing under the stars and view of the mountains. For the price it's a real bargain. We really enjoyed our time in Armenia, beautiful country.

Cosy summer house near the city

My husband and I came to Armenia for the first time, and stayed at this summer house. We really enjoyed our time here. It is a large house, with a large backyard where there is a lot of delicious fruit to pick and eat. We were relaxing by the pool eating some delicious apricots, cherries and apples. The summer house was close to the city of Yerevan and we were also close to Garni and Gaghard. Karen, the property owner, was always willing to help with traveling around Armenia. We would stay here again.
