Since the house is divided into two sections, each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it is well suited for 2 families. The pool has a swimming trainer. If you prefer to relax, take a dip in the jacuzzi or have a sauna session, after which you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV - of course with a fire in the stove.

Outside you can enjoy the sun on comfortable loungers and relax on the terrace. There is a soccer goal on the property.

The area is very popular because of the varied nature and the beautiful beach. Outdoors, there are many paths along the coast where you can take long walks and bike rides. Here you can also find the attractions Djurs Sommerland, Kattegatcenter, golf courses and the cozy Grenå very close to the house.
