This lovely house is located on a quiet road in the beautiful cottage area at Bønnerup Strand. The house is situated on a large, beautiful plot with playground equipment, a large terrace with barbecue, and a covered terrace. On the horizon, you can see the beautiful Kattegat. Inside the house there is a large beautiful pool with spa and sauna. There is also a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is adjacent to a large dining and living room with a wood-burning stove for cold winter days. The rest of the house is heated with electric radiators and an air-to-air heat pump. The area around Bønnerup Beach is lovely, with many restaurants, a fishmonger, an ice cream kiosk, and a cozy harbor pier. The beach is shallow and perfect for families with children.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
