We had a great experience in our stay here at the Vila's department. The hosts (Viviana & Mariana) were great when communicating. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Zapopan.

Tenía mi reservación hecha y me mandaron un un mensaje cuando ya estaba dispuesto a hacer el checking que no estaba mi reservación, que lo sentí mucho y que buscara donde quedarme que ese ese era mi problema. Después del anfitrión, nunca me contestó mis llamadas ni mensajes. Necesito mi reembolso absoluto
