Located just a few steps to skiing, this Tramontana Penthouse offers it all. Four bedrooms and five full bathrooms are all on one level. Fully and elegantly furnished, this home has everything you possibly need to enjoy the snow-filled winters of Telluride and legendary Summers including all of the festivals, golf, hiking, and more that Telluride has to offer.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

Great place, great location

Perfect location and the place is gorgeous. Plenty of linens, toiletries, and cooking supplies. Would definitely recommend the place

Cannot beat the location!

We had our children (age 3/5) and grandparents. I absolutely love that this house is mostly 1 floor and the location cannot be beat. There were some small issues but overall, this is the best ski rental we have had. In fact, we already booked again for next year (albeit a smaller unit but in the same complex). We loved having humidiers available and that the kitchen was fully stocked including many spices. The home also came with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. I do wish we had access to a boot and glove dryer but that is minor. The bunk room was warm at night, but I think this is normal. Overall I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

Telluride '24

Property was great in a perfect location. Walkable to all the amenities of Mountain Village and easy access to town. We would definitely stay here again.
