A home mirroring the love of architectural design, art, nature and people, this home brings in every facet of uniting the extraordinary with the ongoing collection of life. Placed to blend into the naturescape of the land, the main home is both a private retreat and a tribute to nature. Full length views of the Lewis Fork serve as the backdrop to all rooms - the living room, kitchen, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms plus the extraordinary master suite. Walk through the custom glass pivot door to the artistic foyer which leads to the expansive living space. The kitchen is a combination of culinary delights balanced with Viking and Miele appliances. Step into the Master Suite where you will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by breathtaking views. The detached studio off the master suite is a blend of creativity and relaxation with its gas fireplace and water views off the deck. Designed by Conrad Sanchez with lighting design by Randall Whitehead. Anchoring the property at the other end is the guest house overlooking the expansive lawn area, offering a full complement of living accommodations. Situated on just under 5 acres, the property features include radiant heating, central vac system, multi AC systems, remote access for heating, sound & lighting, back-up generator, Lutron lighting system, artesian well, & so much more.

**Nightly Price covers up to 6 guests in main house only. You may add additional guests at a nightly fee of $150/person for up to 10 guests max. The Guest House can be added to your reservation at the rate of $400/night plus $150 additional cleaning.

Amazing property

If you are visiting Yosemite would highly recommend this place. Communication was great. Pictures on the listing don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again.

One of kind property!

We came up here with our two kids, wife’s parents, grandma and two dogs, and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were blown away by the property and found ourselves hanging out by the waterfall and the river much more than we thought we would. The house is gorgeous as well. Bedrooms are a great size and everyone had ample space to stretch out. I would highly recommend this home.

Lotus Falls Holiday Weekend

We could not have asked for a more easy flow process of checking in and touring the estate/home. Terra the property manager answered any/all questions we had and recommended some of the best places to visit while in Oakhurst. We had an amazing stay at the estate and can't wait to rebook for another mini vacation! Cliff Broughton
