About this property

This houseboat is truly one of a kind. If you have been on a typical houseboat before the Kee O Mee is nothing like it. This amazing houseboat is full size with livable space being 24 feet wide and 50 feet long. The main room has a full-size kitchen with large center island and several appliances; including refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster.

The living room has a large sectional couch and a wood burning fireplace. It is completed by a 55" LCD smart TV with DVD Player and an antenna and always surrounded by breathtaking views of the Flathead Lake and the mountains.
Directly behind the living room area, in the same room is a very sturdy log bunk bed as well as a log daybed that can transform into a king bed or two twins. The master bedroom has like new carpet and its own private entrance. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and a best of all privacy. Enjoy a great night sleep with soft waves rocking you to sleep.

The houseboat has a large bathroom that is completely renovated with a brand-new slate/stone walk in shower, new toilet (enclosed for privacy with door), wood laminate flooring and new panel walls. It also a private entrance to the outside. completed with a newer vanity and a full length mirror.

There are 3 electric heaters throughout the houseboat but are rarely needed.

On the outside of the living space is a 3-and-a-half-foot walkway that circles the entire houseboat. Down a few steps from that walkway is a long dock for boats- approx. 65 feet long. The roof of the houseboat has a new 400 square foot composite deck with railing. The roof top deck has a waterslide and an opening for thrill seekers to jump off into the water. The houseboat has a large generator that runs everything with support from natural gas, it also has solar panels that can run small light systems. This houseboat is secured tightly to pilings in open water and cannot be moved by the renter.

As much as it has what it gives that is its greatest asset. Laughter and Memories that last a lifetime!

Great Birthday Getaway!

We rented this property for a birthday getaway. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat and shuttles you over, she was very nice and helped us load and unload everything including my toddler. The weather was great, the slide and kayaks were utilized and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked with most cooking things you could ask for. The main bedroom's bed frame may need fixing, perhaps the previous guests broke it during their stay. Otherwise everything was great!

Bachelorette Party

We rented the house boat for a bachelorette party of 9 and were more than comfortable. We had so much fun using the slide and kayaks, and the rooftop deck was beautiful. Kayla and Alan were such friendly, kind and accommodating hosts and made the stay wonderful. It was a great experience and we’d absolutely recommend!

Bachelorette Party

We had 11 girls stay at the house. The houseboat had everything we need and accommodated us so well. This was an amazing vacation and I will definitely be returning to that slide. Kayla and Alan were fabulous and such kind people. This place is a must stay in the flathead area. 10/10

Wonderful time on the lake! Slept out under the stars one night! Super helpful owners very prompt to respond to any questions and or concerns! Would definitely recommend booking this was SO much fun!

This property was bought by Alan Sempf and Kayla Caudill with the full support of their six children. A place for their friends and family to enjoy time together while enjoying one of the prettiest places on earth. They look forward to many more years of laughter and lake fun.

Alan and Kayla bought the Houseboat early in 2021. They kept its name the Kee-O-Mee, which was named after an old houseboat from1928 that sank of the point of the Somers Yacht Club.
