The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunshade, sunbed, and terrace. All facilities of the residence can be used by guests of the accommodation. Cot and high chair subject to availability, on request.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is on different floors and leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 3 additional beds at double sofa bed and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with gas stove, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Tignale, district Aer - Frazione di Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment can be on the ground floor (with garden and terrace) or on the 1st floor (with terrace). Tignale is a union of six villages scattered on a plateau above the western Lake Garda. This place is the ideal spot for complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Access is via a path (length 5 m). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, 4 m x 12 m, 1.35 m deep). Indoor pool (usable from late March to late October, heated, 12 m x 6 m, 1.40 m deep). The pool facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are located in the Residence Ruculi (3.6 km away).
