Fabulous stay!

We had six adults on our trip. The home is beautiful. It is clean, has plenty of space and is well stocked. We did not use the pullout couch, but I took a nap on it and it was very comfortable! It has a wall between it and the family room area and if we needed the bed, it would have worked fine. The pool and hot tub are amazing; we had to pay a little bit extra to have them heated, and it was well worth it! We loved the outside spiral staircase to the upper viewing deck. What a view!!! We would definitely stay here again. We also always had immediate reply’s from the owner.

Great amenities

We loved the amenities, and were very happy with the property in general . The house was clean and beds were all very adequate. However before electing to stay we ask if the there was fresh paint or plug in air fresheners and were told there there wasn’t. My wife is very sensitive to these type of smells and upon arrival found plug ins throughout the house , we unplugged them but the smell lasted throughout our entire stay , this was very disturbing and a major irritant .

Great house nice backyard

The house was nice and mostly had what we were looking for. The backyard games were pretty beaten up. The host was easy to communicate with and was able to help us with a couple items. The 5th bedroom is not a bedroom. Its an open air den with 2 entry points without doors and a big open air window. This was the only major problem with the listing. Stove and oven worked great, everything was clean. Icemaker is a little slow so bring a bag of ice.

Desert Oasis is a fitting name!

This home is in a quieter area north of Phoenix. Nice trails at end of street. Comfortable beds and lovely kitchen. Nicely furnished and good supply of startup necessities such as toilet paper, and sponges, soap. We enjoyed the area yet it was still close enough to get to downtown Phoenix in about 35- 40 minutes. Had some entry trouble due to batteries needing replaced but the owner answers back very quickly! Would recommend this home!

As a Washington resident I frequently travel to Arizona to escape the rain. We have this home as a part time vacation rental and a part time personal vacation destination. As a fulltime General Contractor I love getting away to the Arizona weather whenever my schedule allows. Im a super host on other similar sites and have done vacation rentals in Washington for a few years now. VRBO tends to draw a more mature crowd and more family oriented groups. With a home this size we have decided to only list it on VRBO exclusively.
My wife Kasey and our 3 boys love spending time in the Cave Creek area. We would love to host you and help you to experience Arizona and all of its beauty.

Why they chose this property

This property was really attractive to us mainly because is feels like a very authentic Arizona home with its desert surround and its quiet country roads. The views of the horizon from the balcony are spectacular. Looking out into the desert on a warm evening as the sun falls to the west with a margarita in hand. You feel like you're in paradise.

What makes this property unique

At least 2-3 days out of the week you will see hot air balloons take off out of the backyard approximately 50-100 yards behind the house. There are multiple trails around, Some of which are only a couple miles away. The boulders golf course is within a 10 minute drive and you can see the boulders from the back patio. The town Cave Creek is a very vibrant little country western themed town. lots to do like ride razors in the desert or shop all of the boutiques. There are lots of great places to eat too.
