Chic Shack features a distinguished level of splendor with custom coastal décor in shades of blue and green carried throughout. This is the perfect location in town on 11th St, 0.4 mile to the beach and 0.7 mile to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the front balcony while watching the sunrise from the comfy outdoor furniture. Upon entry to the open concept layout, you will see that seating is plentiful among the large sectional with plush pillows and two matching armchairs. Gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight with ample granite counter space equipped with new appliances, crisp white cabinets, and both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans, cookware, and utensils. Savor your freshly prepared meals at the striking dining table with seating for nine and four stools at the bar for additional seating. The first guest room (BR1) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV. The second guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom including a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) with plenty of floor space to stretch out, watch movies, and play games, also provides a set of custom-built Twin over Twin bunk beds and a Twin over Full bunk bed, wall-mounted TV, and closet. The shared hall bathroom consists of a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) at the end of the hallway, composed of a King bed, nightstands, chest, bench at the foot of the bed and wall wall-mounted The ensuite bathroom contains a roomy granite vanity and tile tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet for easy access. After a day at the beach, come back to cool off and relax in the private pool or lounge beside it. Private Pool- Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
