About this property

The Blue Marlini- Ocean view! Private Heated Pool! Mini Golf! Cart! Garage A/C!

We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, the ocean, the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi. A climate controlled garage finishout was completed in 2025 to enhance guest comfort while enjoying ping pong, corn hole, arcade games and even indoor basketball!

I really liked staying here a lot. We had a family of five with 3 adult children and had plenty of room and were very comfortable. It's a great spacious home to spend a week in Port A. The only reason I gave a rating of good instead of excellent is because of a miscommunication with the host. Other than that it's a wonderful, comfortable home.

It is hard to clean that size house with back to back renters. So I understand why some things were missed and check in was a little delayed. But the Host took care of things for us. We really appreciated how quickly things were addressed.

First of all, Communication with Mike was outstanding! We had a last minute dog addition and was not an issue. The a/c garage is unique. We had a lot of fishing gear to put up each day and was very convenient. The grandsons enjoyed the games in the garage. A very unique thing in the house is a commercial grade ice maker in the garage and a great one in the kitchen. The coupla was relaxing. Elevator was nice, just wish it went to garage level. The driveway holds a lot of vehicles but is steep if you have a trailer hitch attachment. Our group of 6 adults and 4 boys (11-5yo) were able to spread out well. We have stayed in about 4 different other houses over the years and this is the one the family wants to come back to next year.

Thoughtfully designed and well appointed for large groups. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for hosting large meals for 16, the elevator was so handy, the garage offered hours of climate controlled entertainment and a nice break from the sun and rain. Lastly, the golf cart, beach chairs, and location made it so easy to get to and from the beach!!Mike was great to communicate with - proactive, responsive when needed for very minor questions and very kind.

Home was a great fit for 3 families! Elevator was nice for moving up and down luggage, pool was freshly cleaned and warm, enjoyed many different seating areas for coffee, tanning and relaxing and the use of the golf cart for beach drives was great! Communication from owner was fast and helpful.

This house was wonderful. The spaces were great and the location was close to the beach. Our boys loved playing basketball in the garage and all the kids loved the pool. Our only issue was the Internet going out and the tv did not work when the Internet went out.

We loved staying at Blue Marlini in Port A! Mike was a great host and very welcoming and responsive. We had no issues during our stay. Everything in the home was so thoughtful child locks on the doors, pack n play, high chair, golf carts, games & extras in the garage. We absolutely love the heated pool for December stay. Our family is already planning to stay here again.

Our trip to Port A was enhanced by our stay at The Blue Marlini. Location is great and the Crows Nest has an amazing view of the shoreline. The home can accommodate a large number of people. We only had 6 so everyone had their own bedroom and only one bathroom was shared. We had use of 2 6-seater golf carts which was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and spices.
