Welcome to Port Royal Village!

This condo features a beach-chic 2BR/2BA floorplan with full kitchen, three porches, a private washer-dryer and free Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has two queen-size beds and private access to the porches. Both the full-size kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. Our community pool and sundeck are mere steps away.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the newly screened main porch – complete with lagoon and golf views (Hole #9 – Barony Course). You’ll be treated to the sounds of nature and maybe even catch a glimpse of an alligator!

12 miles of Hilton Head’s most beautiful beaches await you and are available via several access points, only a 6-8 minute walk away. The Westin Resort and The Marriot Barony Beach Club are also within a 5-minute walk and have dining options available.

A 15-minute walk (two minutes by car) brings you to the Port Royal Golf and Racquet Club. Here is where you will find, tennis, pickleball, and 36-holes of championship golf on either The Barony Course or Robber’s Row. Stop by Robber’s Row Grille for lunch and a beverage, or hit the “Practice Loop” and one-of-a-kind golf practice facility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Bug Bites cut our time short

Bug bites and no resolution. Had to cut vacation short by a week due to excessive bug bites. Property management had someone inspect for bugs, said they didn't find any, despite all 3 of us showing him the excessive bug bites we were getting. Would not move us to a different unit or cancel the rest of our stay, so we had to cut our time short and fly home since we could not stay in a place where we were getting excessive bug bites. Horrible experience.

Winter getaway

Overall the condo was fine. A little outdated but that was expected after reading prior reviews. The place was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had plenty of dishware, cooking utensils to work with. The location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach, 400 yard drive to the golf course.
