Beckenham 101 is a newly updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Port Royal Village. It is located on the first floor for easy access and is next to the pool. It has lovely views of the tranquil lagoon and Barony Golf Course.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The main bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a modern glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and a laundry center with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The light, bright villa has spacious living areas and a balcony off the living room and both bedrooms for your enjoyment.

Clean, Large 2 bedroom

Nice, clean large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on a quiet cul-de-sac street with a beautiful view of the golf course and next to the pool. A nice 3 minute walk to the beach front of Westin Hotel. Stocked with all the essentials and loved that it has a washer/dryer and a hose outside the front door.

Great condo for a family!

I loved that your condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The balcony was a plus, because it was enclosed well and a great place for children to play during the rainy weather! Loved the location near the beach (paved pathway to it) and near the Westin! A great playground was nearby nestled among great oaks and right at the beach! Great place for a family with little kids and grandparents! ❤️🏖️😎

Great for a quick weekend trip

Great stay for a quick trip. Had all the amenities needed for a weekend trip. Nice location near plenty of restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach. Parks for kids nearby. The beach toys provided came in handy. We were also glad to have a washer and dryer. Parking was a little confusing since there was already a car in front of our unit. The property agency cleared that up for us. We would recommend!

Between the clutter, broken furniture, and ants, and bad rental management, we will not be staying here again and avoiding vacasa. We did not appreciate the bait and switch between VRBO and vacasa. That said, my family knows how to make the most of vacation and we enjoyed each other and the island.

Nice home, but…

The home and furnishings were very nice. However, their starter pack of supplies would only be sufficient for a weekend. Just be aware that if you’re staying for longer than two days you will need toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwashing tablets. The location was very nice and we enjoyed the many bike pads in the area.

I lived the condo unfortunately there are some cleaning issues like dust on pictures and the slats of the plantation shutters, food splatters near the dishwasher and nothing sticky in the far end table as well as food crumbs in couch cushions. The bathroom with the washer and dryer has a toilet that is leaking at the back where it attaches to the floor

Great quiet place near the ocean!

This vacation rental has a great layout for our family get away and the price was right. We have four kiddos who shared the double bedroom, leaving us to have the more private room on the other side of the unit. We always appreciate a kitchen where we can cook our own food. We enjoyed the time at the ocean, this year playing volleyball together. The unit had a couple of chairs and a bag of beach toys we could with us which was fun. :) We drove to Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and played a round of putt putt golf together and enjoyed a meal out at Fiesta Fresh, enjoying their yummy horchata!

The best part was just being there. I owned the unit next door for 30 years and don't get back to the island enough. Though the weather was not the best, just being on the island made for a great weekend.

Very nice spacious condo!

Our family of five (2 kids and a baby) stayed for a week for our first trip to Hilton Head. This was in a very nice spot, first floor on the corner, next to pool, short walk to the beach and short drive to grocery store and restaurants. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers were large and perfect for our needs. It was also nice having a washer and dryer in the room. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. Our only complaints were; Some trash from previous tenants under the beds, some dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and the cable in all three rooms was spotty and all had different/random channels. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely book here again! We even forgot items and Vacasa shipped them back to us.

Great Week at the Beach

We had a wonderful time at Beckenham 101. The property was exactly as described. Check in was simple without having to go to an office. The condo was very clean. We loved being steps from the pool. The beds were comfortable. Even the pull out couch was very comfortable! The complex was quaint and quiet. Easy walk to the beach as well! The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay at this property again. Great family vacation!

Great vacay!

The unit was so clean and Beautiful! You could see the pool from the balcony which was great with kids. It was walking distance to the beach which we loved as well. I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a fun vacation. It’s super family-friendly with a cute little playground nearby as well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

This is the second time our family has stayed in this unit. We loved it both times. It is well maintained and easy to access. Close to the beach (10 minute walk through Islanders Beach Park). We couldn’t ask for anything more from a condo rental. We will definitely rent this unit again!!!

We had the best time on our trip and loved the unit and the location. We went to the beach almost everyday, as well as the pool. Very clean, stocked with anything you would need, and a nice view off the back porch.

July 2017 Stay

We had a wonderful time! Very lovely place and close to everything. My only complaint is that there were kids in the pool well after midnight that were very loud and our room was right at the pool. The fan helped a lot though to drown out the noise! This would not keep us from coming back though :) We recommend eating at the Skull Creek Boathouse. Long wait but well worth it! Also we liked the Black Marlin, Crazy Crab and Giuseppi's Pizza! Great food at all. Sad we had to come home! Thank you for sharing your lovely home, we will be back :)
