About this property

Close to the Beach!! Ideal location with great golf course views. Completely updated luxurious 2BR 2 Bath condo with open living room, deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course in Port Royal. Condo has king-size bed in the master suite with a new renovated full bath en suite. The Guest room has two queen size beds with another newly remolded full bath en suite that includes a washer and dryer. Huge living room where you can walk right out onto the large balcony and enjoy a great golf course view. Living room has sleeper sofa so the condo can sleep eight comfortably. Wonderful location near the Westin Resort and the Marriott Barony Beach Club. Westin has several restaurants and bars you can enjoy. The Marriott Barony Beach Club has a wonderful spa to get massages too.

The condo at 201 Devonshire has an easy beach access, just a short few minute walk beside the Westin Hotel and you can walk on miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Port Royal has miles of shaded bike paths to enjoy. There are two great championship golf courses to play. The Port Royal Golf Clubhouse has several nice restaurants and bars. Located beside the clubhouse is a world class tennis facility with tennis and pickle ball courts. The Westin Hotel has an oceanfront bar and restaurant you can dine in, which is just a short walk from the condo. There are world class amenities at your fingertips in Port Royal Resort.

Hilton Head Island has over 30 golf courses, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to enjoy. Spacious, convenient condo

Wonderful place. Plenty of room, pantry, closets. Short jaunt to beach. Comfy beds. Easy access to restaurants, etc nearby. Hope to be back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay during Labor Day weekend. We arrived on Thursday and left on Monday. While our stay was short it was relaxing, fun, the condo was spacious enough for us and very clean. The property owner/manager clearly takes pride in the appearance and upkeep of the condo. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay luxurious. I can’t say enough good things about the place other than it’s a gem and I will be coming back! The pool is directly beside the condo and was never crowded. The beach was a 7 min walk- there’s a wagon and beach chair and toys to take. You can eat at the Westin or at the Port Royal country club if you’re looking for something in walking distance. I’m missing this place already. Enjoy!!!

Very nice condo

Our mini vacation was great. We loved the condo! It was very clean close to everything and only a short walk to the beach! Will definitely book this unit again!
