WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.

The home was very nice and in a really nice part of Henderson

This house is in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable. The hot/pool worked great. We didn't spend a lot of time on the property but when we did we felt right at home.

Great Vegas getaway with friends

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vegas. Good Vibes was conveniently located to shopping, the strip and all the outdoor adventures we booked. Plenty of room for all. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Even shipped some items to us that were left behind. Would definitely stay again.

My family and my sister-in-law and her family , ranging from my 2 year old son and teenage kids to my 78 year old mother all had ample room and we enjoyed this house so much. Very nice house, was as advertised, I loved the fence around the pool.

Amazing

Amazing stay. Luke and Karen are so kind and attentive, if we needed anything they were on it. The pool was so nice for the Vegas heat, and the house is located near so much we loved the location. It’s a 20 min drive to the strip so it was nice to party and then go home to hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so nice and everyone enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay in a quiet but really awesome neighborhood!

Home away from home

Easy access to all amenities. Pool and spa is clean. Love the privacy .safe and secured. Hard to access the entry door at times. I will not hessitate to recommend Vibes off the strip property to friends and relatives. Host are very responsive to our needs. Thank you !

A perfect staycation

We had to find a place to stay after a leak in our house. I am so glad we picked this property. The house is gorgeous and spacious. My kids loved the secret room and the recliners. The house gets a lot of great light throughout the day. The backyard makes you feel like you’re in a resort. Luke and Karen even dropped off some supplies for us and were always available to answer my questions. Overall, we would recommend this property to our family and friends and stay there again!

Family Celebration vacation

This was my first VRBO rental and could not have gone smoother. Luke and Karen answered every question immediately, they were always available. The pool and hot tub were great, kitchen set up also was great. Primary bedroom w/ walk in closet and spectator bathroom area. The neighborhood felt welcoming and very safe, especially coming home late from the strip!! I would recommend for large family trips …. we were so comfortable!!! Thank you both!!

The best hosts EVER

I never post reviews but am compelled to do so after the unparalleled customer service we received from Luke and Karen. The house was exactly as promised. Perfect. The hosts were highly communicative and very responsive. When we needed Luke to come help us out with something at the house he was not only on top of it, but super patient and sweet with my whole family, from my 10 year old kid to my nearly 80 year old dad...seriously...Zen-like. We loved our stay! Thank you Luke and Karen!

We had an excellent day at this rental property. It was spacious and had room for everyone. The host was available daily upon text messages if needed everything was provided. It was simple easy there was no check out. It was wonderful and the pool was fantastic.

Henderson Gem

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vegas. We traveled to Grand Canyon, Death Valley and Hoover Dam. The casinos were about 15 minutes away and the airport as well. The neighborhood is very close to multiple restaurants and very quiet. The host was quick to answer any questions we had about the house.

Peaceful Neighborhood, Close to Everything

This is a wonderful place to stay, close enough to all the Las Vegas action but still a peaceful, calm neighborhood. Host was super responsive and helpful. Lots of room in the house, we had 7 people and more could have easily fit.

NOT worth staying here, renters beware!!!

overall impression of this property is that there is no possible way they have great reviews. this place is a dump. the carpet is nasty, the dishwasher top tray is broken, the kitchen sink leaks and sprays everywhere, the pool is dirty and cold even after paying additional fee for heated. The garage is so gross, the house isn't fully stocked as they claim, we purchased tons of spices and left for the next, we had to get paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, a dish cleaner. the bathroom shower leaks all over the floor, the lights were flickering.. they claim quiet neighborhood, false.. every time you go outside the neighbor dog barks and barks.. and probably the absolute dumbest part of the stay, is to use the hot tub, you have to text the property manager every time you want to turn it on or off.. this feels quite strange and bizarre. I shouldn't have to text and ask for someone to turn on the hot tub, there needs to be an option for the guest to turn on and off at their own discretion. this feels very weird. what else is weird, they have cameras staring at the pool and hot tub, i would NOT feel comfortable bringing my wife or daughter here, definitely feels like someone's creeping on you. overall, this place is way overpriced and not as advertised. this place is by far the dirtiest and poorest kept place I have ever stayed at from VRBO. NOT recommended!!

Beautiful Retreat

The home was spacious and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed. Luke & Karen were quick to respond we needed. we did not need much the home was stocked with all the comforts. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Siblings Weekend

This property is only 3 miles from our house and we rented it for my siblings and spouses during our weekend party. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and a comfortable place for breakfast and lunch.
