This property is wonderful with lots of amenities inside and out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen are wonderful. Rex was extremely prompt with communication and very attentive. This property is also close to everything. I will be back.

Beautiful house

The owner Rex is a very nice man and was there to show us around when we arrived. The house and property are beautiful and large enough to accommodate our party of 8. We had plenty of room to sleep, cook and hang out by the pool/jacuzzi. The outdoor kitchen was perfect! Highly recommend this property! We will definitely rebook with Rex next time we are in Vegas!

Everything was exceptional

I would give this 10 stars out of 5 if I could. The owner Rex was extremely responsive and helpful. Beautiful pool and loved the bonus casita and outdoor kitchen. Incredible sound system inside and out and comfy sitting, TV and game room. The beds were comfortable and we liked the sheets and bedding. It’s convenient to everything while being private due to the unique tucked away neighborhood it’s in. Just perfect! Thanks Rex!

Great place to stay

We spent a week here and had a nice time. It is close to everything and we took advantage of off strip activities this time around and used this as our home base. It's a lovely property that is great for multi-family use. The pool was to cold for us, but loved the hot tub in the evenings. Comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. If you have a big group, I would definitely consider this property!

Hell of a stay

This is the best Vrbo that’s closest to the strip everything was only a five to ten min drive. The owner is communicative friendly and very professional. I am always staying here with my family when I come to vegas

Vegas private compound

This property is the best option if you dont want to stay at a hotel resort. Hot tub, swimming pool, volleyball court, big grill house. Sleeps six - 10 comfortably. Minutes from airport, 10 minutes from strip. We will stay here every time our group comes to the Vegas desert. The host was great and even offered to give us a ride to airport. Thank you Rex.

Your Private Resort

This property offers a great base camp for a Las Vegas getaway. It is within 15 minutes of activities in the heart of the Strip, but provides your own private resort when you want to stay in, with everything from a pool, hot tub, volleyball court, horseshoes and a fire pit to many indoor and outdoor TVs, lounges, and an indoor pool table. We especially enjoyed the ability to take a quiet dip in the pool or hot tub after returning after a show (something not possible at a hotel pool that late at night), and the ability to park two cars in the garage out of the sun. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and outdoor grill had everything we needed. Rex is a great host, quickly responding to questions and greeting guests in person to provide a briefing on the lighting and entertainment systems, but otherwise leaving guests alone to enjoy the property. Great place for families or a group of friends.

Best House in Vegas

Rex is the best host in Vegas, the house is a lot better than what you are expecting, and everything you need in a home and more is there, get ready to be surprised about all the amenities available to you.

Family Fun

This is a great place for families with older kids who like pools, hot tubs, playing pool and volleyball with an outside court! The casita was perfect for extra guests who want their own privacy. Very convenient to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere.
