This charming property in the countryside is a farm from the 18th century. The completely renovated and well-equipped property is a quiet place and therefore ideal for relaxing. On the property are also FNC098 and FNC131. 500 m away the landlords provide you with a heated communal pool. This is usable from May to September. Discover the landing beaches of the Allies, first of all Omaha Beach. 10 km away you can stroll through the fishing village of Grandcamp-Maisy and treat yourself to delicious food from the sea. Visit the historic city of Bayeux with its famous tapestry as well as Caen and the castle of William the Conqueror. 25 km away you can take a wonderful walk through the forest Cerisy, where a medieval monastery is hidden. From October to April, you can discover life on a French farm and take part in convivial family dinners for a small fee. Take care of your children: the house has an open staircase and the pond in the garden is not fenced.

Erholung

Durch die Ruhe vor Ort konnten wir uns gut erholen. Selbst der Hund hat es genossen, sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen zu können. Durch die zentrale Lage des Objektes konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb einer Stunde erreicht werden.

Si les hôtes sont agréables et discrets, le logement n’est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix et ne respecte en rien les garanties offertes qu’Abritel ou Novasol sont censés offrir. Je le juge personnellement à la limite de l’insalubrité et ne comprends pas qu’il ait pu être validé à la location. Tout y est vétuste, cassé et/ou mal réparé, la propreté est plus que douteuse, l’évier de la cuisine fuyait, de l’eau de pluie s’écoulait dans la cheminée dont l’âtre ouvert (non sécurisé pour les enfants et animaux) n’était pas nettoyé, la peinture s’écaille des murs, il y a de nombreux trous dans les plinthes avec des traces de moisissure verte, toute la literie est déglinguée et bancale, les portes (y compris la porte d’entrée) ferment mal voire pas du tout, (serrure défectueuse, frottement au sol, absence de serrure), les armoires sont remplis de couvertures ne laissant aucune possibilité de ranger les affaires personnelle, nous sommes donc restés avec les valises au sol pendant tout le séjour, l’électricité n’est pas aux normes (ma fille s’est pris une châtaigne en débranchant une prise), le sol d’origine a des pans entiers de dallage cassé non remplacé avec des trous. L’équipement basique présent mais rudimentaire, TV minuscule et antenne capricieuse, Wi-Fi lent, tous les meubles vieux, sales et déglingués, du balai à l’étendoir à linge en passant par le canapé et la vaisselle, aucun matériel de ménage. Dommage car idéalement situé en pleine campagne dans joli cadre, proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt, mais l’entretien des lieux laisse trop à désirer, des déjections canines non ramassées jonchent la courette d’accès au logement. J’avais opté pour cette location car ils acceptent les animaux et ont une piscine. Au final, ça a été un cauchemar avec un jeune chiot passant sous les meubles et dans la cheminée pour en ressortir couvert de poussière et nous devions sans arrêt l’empêcher d’attraper plâtre et peinture s’écaillant des murs et de gratter les jointures défectueuses du sol. Bouquet final, la piscine est à 500m dans un autre corps de ferme, avec un escalier en pierre aux marches très hautes, autant dire, absolument impossible d’accès pour une personne âgée… Bref, la douche froide à notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas râlé par politesse mais il est inconcevable que ce logement soit loué dans cet état. Nous avons fini par par partir un jour en avance car ma mère âgée ne supportait plus ce lieu. Je suis écœurée

HerrlicheS französisches Steinhaus

Tolle Lage des charmanten normannischen Steinhauses mit riesigem tollen Kamin. Leider kein privater Garten...aber es war auch nicht so schlimm, da die anderen Feriengäste sehr nett waren.
