La Centrale of the island of Ré offers you this spacious and warm villa with a swimming pool equipped with a mobile bottom, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage, near Saint-Martin de Ré.The villa is ideally located to cycle into the centre of Bois-Plage and its market, as well as directly to the popular Gros-Jonc beach, accessible via the cycle path right near the house.The house is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.Several car parks are near the house, the closest is 2 minutes on foot.Secure bicycle parking on the property is possible.On the ground floorROOM 1 MASTER with a double bed 180x200 with private bathroom including shower and washbasin.A separate toilet.ON THE FLOORROOM 2 with two 90x190 beds.A bathroom with shower and two washbasins.ROOM 3 with a double bed 160x200.ROOM 4 with a double bed 160x200 with private bathroom including shower and washbasin.A separate toilet.The house is non-smoking.Pets are not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October. The swimming pool heat pumps are programmed to heat to 28°.
