Waterbug are all around in ocean lakes. You are beside a beach. I never see a waterbug on the bed. I stay there before them n i didnt have any problems. Guest before me didnt say anything about water bugs. I had the house sprayed twice a year. And the clean lady came and sprayed outside the house. I wasnt happy that i had to ask them to move their car to get my golf cart out the driveway. I was told that we didnt know they could park in the front of the house. It was a open line of communication and answer all her other questions. They had more than enought people to pull the car out n someone move the golf cart. They was squeezing my golf cart between their car n the neightbor house. My golf cart was on the neighbor house n property. And other people with them just standing there watching. That isn't how you treat other peoples property. Wasn't happy with that!

This guest was a problem from the beginning. He wouldn't fill out the rental agreement until I keep in assisting. I sent him the code n ask him to let me know, if you received it. He never contacted me back. He had his underage kids driving my golf cart. Its a sign on refrigerator about the golf cart. He hadn't been there 1 hour call the front office n lied saying he tried contacting me about the wifi. They told him, he had to contact homeowner. Then when I contacted him. He goes I jumped the gun. I said u texted n email before so why u lie. He didn't comment. He goes i dont communcate well. Ask my wife. He complained about the house been hot. And the AC unit is brand new. The last guest turn the thermostat up before they left. They didn't follow check out instructions. They had my chair covers n confronter stained like they had sit in dirty n put it in chairs. Never contacted me about the ceiling fan. In my rental agreement i state to contact me with in 24hrs if any problems. Never contacted me. This isnt a honest person n i wouldn't ever rent to him again. He doesn't respect other people property. And I have text messages to prove all of this n also pictures before he arrived.

Guest only told me about the golf cart. Never said anything about anything else. If something was broke then it should have been brought to my attention and I would have taken care of it. I dont like people that tells lies. None of the pictures are missing leading because what I have online is how the place looks. I wouldn't rent to this person anymore because she is young and she tells lies. I have emails that she sent says that they enjoy the house. What this guest didn't tell you is that she book the house with the previous owner. And I have improved the house. And I could had left it like it was.. And no floors are torn or doors broken. It's a shame 😔 people have to lie.

First of all this guest wasn't my guest. He was the guest of the previous owner and manager of the property. I purchased this house and I had to honor bookings. So the price was originally set by the previous owner. I was trying to improve the property for the price he was being charged. I apologize to the guest for trying to improve the property while he was there. The guest was rude at the beginning and I gave them the option of a refund if he chose to leave. He choice to stay but still complaint. I tried working with this guest. He was kind of difficult to work with. Check out rules he didn't follow. He said he didn't know. The check out rules was posted on the refrigerator and on the coffee table. Pictures wasn't sent of anything being wrong when they first check in. I wasn't contacted about anything being wrong but when the cleaning crew arrived and found things wrong. I ask the guest about it. He then showed pictures so I dont know when these pictures was taken. Before or after the damaged was done. No smoking is allowed but smoking was smelled in the house. I asked the guest about that n he said it was the guys working on the house but the smoke was smelled the morning the guest left and the workers had not been there yet. And the previous owner didn't fix the house up at all and put the house on the market to sell. The managing company of the house, knew the house was for sale and didn't contact any of the renters to let them know what was going on with the house. I contacted each one of them and let them knew what was going on. The managing company canceled all their there vacations and didn't tell them that either but I did. So if the house was priced then, that should have been taken up with the previous managing company. And they saw pictures of the house so they knew what it looked like it and still booked with the previous management company. So if it was over priced then he should not have booked the house. Will not rent to this guest again because he is difficult to deal with.

I WILL NOT rent to this guest again!!!!!!! And I warn other home owners don't rent to these people. One person put it in their name on the reservation and other people was staying at the home. I had to find out why this like that. They didn't explain anything. These people was trying to tell me what to do with my property. It supposed to be 1 lady and her kids. It was more people than was stated. It was like 3 adults n kids. They broke my storm door n try to say it was like that when they arrived but if it was like that when they arrived, then they should have contact me. After they broke the storm door they didn't close it at all. They left it open the whole time they were there. They left my porch light on during the day. The door should have been mention in the text message. I know it wasn't broke because I was there before they check in. I also took pictures of everything before I left. PICTURES don't lie! They dyed their hair in my bathroom sink so now my sink has purple stains in it. The cleaning people called me about it and said we can't get that out. So I have to find something to get it out or buy another sink. They said they didn't do it but I have pictures of the sink and it wasn't like that either. They worked on items in my house without telling me. She stated in a email if I had glue I would have glued the bar on your chair. And I told her I glad you didn't because this isn't your property. They didn't follow the check out instructions that is on the refrigerator and on the coffee table on the living room. The boy unlocked the golf cart n didn't lock it back up. And the boy that unlocked the golf cart was underage n he didn't supposed to be driving the golf cart. Ocean Lakes have a rule that you must be 21yrs old to operate the golf cart and my insurance on the golf cart says the same thing. This is posted on the refrigerator. I apologize for the golf cart not being charged because I did that n I have the email to show. And they put water in my grill instead of just letting the coals burn out and just take them out of my grill. Something else they messed up. Why would you sign a rental agreement without reading it? The fees are there to cover my property and so the cleaning people don't have to go threw all of this unnecessary stuff. If you follow the check out instructions and then there would not be any problems. She didn't pay 480.00 a night. This person tells a lot of lies. That is why I would not talk to them on the phone. My phone number is there for contact, so as long as you can get in touch with me that is all that matters. I don't talk to some guest with drama and I know it will be issues so I would have a paper trail to prove what was said n not said. These people was unreal. If you see this name come or a Melissa want a reservation, I would not accept it because they will break things at your property and lie about it. And think they can do what they want to your property. If she has a problem with anything, they could have check out n i would have gave them a refund. I would have been glad to because she is a drama queen. You need to treat people home the way you want someone to treat yours. And if my property is so old then why she send a email saying, your place is very nice. I have that also. This what I mean about telling lies. And as for the neighbor they don't know anything about me because i just purchased the property a month ago and I have remodeled the inside and currently working on the outside. I can always be contacted if you like proof of this situation! You was warned about these people!!!! Just trying to help other home owners!!
