This spacious 3-bed/2-bath condo is a mountain paradise that's perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Located directly on the 4 O'Clock ski run, it offers the convenience of being just steps away from the Snowflake chairlift for a premier slopeside experience!

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. The living room is a spacious and inviting area, complete with a flat screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private deck that allows you to soak in the breathtaking mountain scenery.

For relaxation and post-ski rejuvenation, all guests have access to the clubhouse, which boasts indoor/outdoor hot tubs & an indoor pool(Subject to availability). The clubhouse also features a deck area and a gas grill, making it a perfect spot for entertaining and enjoying the alpine atmosphere.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

What to be aware of:

- The HOA is very strict on parking and you will be towed if you park more than 2 cars in the lot.
- The walk is about 2 minutes to get to the lift or you could ski down 4 O'Clock ski run, but you can ski into the complex.
- The Snowflake Lift is older and a little slow, but it beats waiting for the bus.

Easy access to everything
This unit was perfect for us. We have stayed at many ski in ski out condos and this is very accessible. It is directly across the street from snowflake lift. At the end of the day you take 4 O'clock right to the parking lot. The patio is the closest thing to the run. Rentals are directly across the street of needed and 5 minute walk to down town. We got an immediate response to a few questions we had. This was one of the best vacations we have had and a lot had to do with location and accommodations.

Just so-so
I will say the location is perfect. You ski right to the condo and the lift and shuttle are right across the street. However, the beds are horrible as well as the pillows. We used every room and no one was able to sleep. We had them bring us more pillows in hopes that would fix it but honestly the beds are the worst I’ve ever tried sleeping on. After the first night I slept on the couch the other four nights. The fireplace only worked about every fourth time we tried to turn it on. The dishwasher never worked though they did come and try to fix it.

Nice Little Condo
We were traveling as a group of 6, including two kids. The condo’s location was so convenient - very close to the snowflake lift, 4 o’clock trail, two ski rentals locations, and a lift ticket window. Short drive to town. My kids liked that they could both be on a top bunk. The condo wasn’t high end luxury but very comfortable and impeccably clean. Loved the fireplace on cold nights. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!
