Our Thanksgiving Vacation - Blessed
Our family met in Prescott this Thanksgiving and our VRBO was great! The home itself was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and supplied utensils to cook our turkey and all the trimmings. The best part is the memories we have created from our stay at this wonderful and cozy home away from home.
The cabin and property was just as described! Clean and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked. Bonnie was fantastic in taking care of everything!!! I am thinking of staying again around the 4th of July and bringing my family.

Nice get away!
The welcome letter, with all the pertinent information, would not open correctly, and we had issues contacting the host. But once that occurred, we had a nice visit to Prescott. The house was clean and comfortable.

Really nice
Very nice, clean, close to everything, private parking, shared patio was great for meeting other guests, small grassy yard. There were no sheets for the pull-out and the dog sheets were not where advertised. We did find them the second day along with some toys amd poo bags - so sweet. It was comfortable and clean. Well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils. AC worked nicely. Will stay again!

Improvements needed to match the price
Entry has problems, needs ramp,it is not for handicap people
or small dogs or at night.. Screen door has major problem with alignment. Cut back on your drip system or run it twice per day. Wasting of water. I had emailed three time about the two dogs & payment for them. Both A/C units need replacing with Min. Splits. The noise they make is atrocious. Old technology does not match the price per night. Otherwise it is clean & nicely equipped..
Found dog sheet last day in TV cabin. But we always bring one or two. Road noise is bad, but you are stuck with that. Fix the Door, Step down, AC and you have a fine place. Thank you for letting us stay at you cottage.
First thing I said when I walked into the house was “Wowwww - it’s even better than the pictures!!” (Which I thought were amazing) Everything was PERFECT about this place! Location, amenities, cleanliness....the bed however - not for me. My description would be: not quite a water bed, not quite a trampoline...even the slightest move from my husband sent me bouncing up and down. I ended up sleeping on the floor both nights :/ In fairness, there is a couch...but that’s where our dogs were sleeping 🙄 Haha spoiled brats...
The owners were very remorseful when I mentioned the discomfort, and even refunded one of our nights stay! They also said they would be replacing the mattress soon. Honestly, if you’re not a light sleeper or maybe you prefer a soft mattress vs firm, you probably would have no complaints. I’m still giving 5 stars because the house had everything and the owners were great and hey, who needs sleep when you should be out exploring beautiful Prescott!? ;)

Thank you for the information about the mattress. It can be a challenge to know exactly when to change them. We replaced that mattress three and a half yrs ago and usually do it every 4 yrs. We have replaced the mattress now with a Sealy Posturepedic. Thanks also for using the pet sheets provided to cover the couch for your pups to sleep. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and visit to Prescott and hope you are able to come back again!
This lovely place was so clean. We found it very homey. The kitchen was so well supplied. Many thoughtful touches=coffee supplies, towels, band aids. Thank you.
This was just what we were looking for to escape the heat, and we especially appreciated being able to just walk to the restaurants downtown for brunch and back!

Bike Vacation
Nice area, clean property just a little underpowered for cold nights!
Perfectly placed home in the historic district in Prescott. Great location to many things in Prescott. Hiking, dining, shopping...all within walking distance.
Perfect for pups! My husband and I had a great time. The cottage was super clean and had every thing we needed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the bed is small & rickety. I would still recommend this place! Super cozy:)
We loved this property . Great location and they provide everything you need. You feel like your at home and it is very comfortable. It is nice being away from home and feeling like you are at home. Very good communication too

What makes this property unique
What I love about this property is that it reminds me of a simpler time. Quiet, tree lined street where you can take a walk in the cool early mornings and evenings. A nice quiet area in the back that can be enjoyed by guests and their pups. Being close to the downtown area with lots of things to do and then being able to return back "home" to relax.
