The property met all of our needs and was centrally located for our adventures. The management company was the highlight of the trip after my girlfriend left her makeup bag behind. A lady without her makeup…can you imagine?!?They located it and shipped it out to her place in California the very next day. Thanks to all involved!

A true rental gem on quiet South Tampa residential street. Nice, pictures are accurate, has all nice amenities in a small bungalow. Nice central AC. Big TVs with many streaming including YouTubeTV subscription. About third visit to this rental property. About mile from McDill AFB.Nice pool and fenced in backyard with gas grill ready to go. Picnic table area. Home and yard pet friendly. Both my dogs loved it.Dining room table hides a billiard table. Interiors are very modern. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen and bunk bed. Living room has L-shaped sectional.

The property was clean upon arrival and the description was completely accurate. The neighborhood was quiet with not to much traffic going through. The pool was a excellent amenity, but a cover for the pool would of helped so you don't have to clean it everyday. They give you plenty of towels and washclothes. Communication with the host was fast to respond. Over all, we definitely would go back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. It is an updated, older property. We had an issue with the pool and heating it. They took care of the issue as quickly as possible. The communication via the app was outstanding!
