About this property

Welcome to our Lakefront Guest Suite! 1,000 square foot unit with a private entrance and beautiful lake views from both the first and second story. Outdoors, the lakefront patio and grass yard is available to guests. Fishing directly from the property. Community dock visible from the suite (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square and City Beach. No swimming/launching directly from the property as we have a high sea wall.

Guests will walk around the grass yard to the right of the main home to access the guest suite. Keyless entry with code. Downstairs, guest have a TV with Roku, couch, bunk bed (twin and full), and half bath. There is also a kitchenette with mini fridge (no freezer), toaster, coffee, and BBQ supplies. Beautiful lake views from the windows.

Upstairs is the master suite with a comfortable king memory foam mattress and large TV with Roku. There are windows on all sides of the room, including beautiful Lake Granbury views from up high. The full bathroom is located of this room.

Outside is the private patio for guests with a grass grill. There is also seating in the grass yard for guests as well. Fenced pet yard available. Guests can fish directly from the property.

Please note that the immediate canal can collect debris with recent storms, and water levels may fluctuate.

Guests can access all spaces that are marked for guest use. The guest suite is a separate unit with a private entrance and one shared wall with the main home.

Pets: You MUST notify the host of your pet's attendance prior to your stay by listing the number of pets on your reservation. Dogs and cats only. Pet fee is $25 per stay. Failure to notify host of pet's attendance prior to your stay will result in a $50 fee. Maximum 2 pets (dogs and cats only) per stay. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of waste in outdoor trash can located near the pet yard. Keep pets on a leash at all times when outside. Pets must be supervised at all times inside and outside of the unit. (Placing your pet securely in a carrier you bring with you is okay if leaving the pet unattended inside the unit.)

We had a great stay at this place. We had a Girls’ Night. We loved the lake front location and minutes from Central Square, Grandbury. Easy to check in and out, host was fast at responding messages. I recommend this place.

Beautiful and peaceful stay!

Exceptional experience! The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and great communicators from the moment I booked my stay until I checked out. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. The property itself is spacious, charming, and well laid out. The interior design was lovely, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the view of the lake, which was absolutely gorgeous and undisturbed. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. From accessing the property to operating appliances, the hosts made sure that everything was well-explained and straightforward. We have great views of the main lake from both the first and second story. We are in a peaceful place on the lake with very little traffic by our home.
