This rate does not include the exclusivity of the property. Other independent accommodation located on the estate can be rented simultaneously. The pool and the park can therefore be shared with other occupants.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €400, to be paid on site.

Privatization / exclusivity of the entire property: up to 30 people.
To benefit from the exclusive use of the estate, a complete privatization formula is mandatory. It includes, according to needs, the annex rooms, the gîte and the studio. Rate on estimate, in addition to the price displayed.
