Charming sea-view studio with indoor pool
Located by the sea just a stone's throw from the Westhoek nature reserve and the Esplanade, we offer you this charming 34m2 studio apartment with side views of the sea and the dunes.
The studio is located 5 minutes walk from the centre of De Panne and a hundred metres from the tram stop that will take you from Plopsaland to De Panne or even, why not, to Knokke.
The studio is rented with Wifi, 55-inch flat screen TV, equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob and oven/microwave combination), large terrace with sea view, a large sofa bed for 2 people and a sleeping area for 1 other person.
It is possible to rent a parking space in the basement of the building (maximum height: 1.90m) for the price of 7€/day.
The price of public parking is €5/day out of season and €7/day in high season.
2 charging stations compatible with Chargemap (2 x 22kW type 2) are located in the car park right next to the building.
The tram stop "Esplanade" is 300 metres from the residence.
The beach is directly accessible from the building and the town centre is about a 5-minute walk away.
The building's swimming pool is open every day from 08:00 to 19:00 except on Tuesdays, when it is closed.
Please also note that the cleaning is to be carried out by you at the end of your stay. It is also possible to have the professional cleaning service for the price of 45€ which must be booked in advance by the tenants.
The accommodation is a 34m2 studio with a large living room with sofa bed (160cm x 200cm when unfolded) and a sleeping area with a bed (90cm x 200cm).
Bed sheets, covers, towels are to be brought by you, there will however be 3 cushions and blankets available on site.
It is also possible to rent sheets, covers, towels on site at a price of 10€ per set. Tenants must inform in advance if they prefer the rental option.
Keys are available at De Panne from the building concierge.
Parking is not included in the rental price. It is possible to reserve a space in the building's secure car park at the price of €7/night.
