Vacation De Panne

The apartment on the 4th floor was as we expected. The living room is located to the sea site and the view from the sofa to the sea is tremendous. We spend a week with our little dog in the apartment and he especially enjoyed the balcony which goes around the entire apartment. Even from the sleeping room you can see the sea. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy the stay. The big refrigerator with a large freezer compartment is outstanding for self-sufficient people, There are a lot of great restaurants in de Panne 2 KM walk. In the direct neighbourhood you have a Brasserie where you get a unbelievable delicious bouillabaisse. For those people to just arrive my tip is the key for the apartment is in a safe number coded. To reach the safe you have to open the letterbox of the apartment. In summary we can recommend the apartment and we will come back soon.

Das Badezimmer könnte mal erneuert werden! Defekte Duschstange, Defekte Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer, Defekte Lüftung im WC, schwarze Flecken (Schimmel?) in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung mit sehr schönem Blick auf das Meer!

Merci pour votre retour qui nous permet d'améliorer notre accueil. Le mécanisme de douche a été remplacé et l'ampoule de la lampe du salon a été changée. Il y a effectivement des taches d'humidité sur le plafond de la chambre à 3 lits et cela est dû au mauvais état du chassis de fenêtre de l'appartement au dessus du nôtre. C'est en cours de procédure avec l'assurance pour être repeint.

Très belle vue..appart bien agencé..Châssis vétuste.impossible d'ouvrir..notamment porte coulissante..pour accès terrasse.....impossible....matelas..ça va heureusement été car véritable passoire avec le ventL'ouverture du garage ..avec cette clé récalcitrante ..j'y ai renoncé..faut changer le barillet.........

Nous ne comprenons pas le commentaire de Daniel concernant les chassis et la porte du garage. La porte coulissante pour l'accès à la terrasse est un peu dure mais s'ouvre parfaitement.... Daniel est venu en période de canicule et il n'y a pas eu de vent 😉 Le barillet de la porte du garage est tout-à-fait opérationnel...

Perfekt. Kommunikation mit der Bermietetin klappte reibungslos. In der Wohnung gab es nichts, was fehlte. Traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Toller Urlaub zwischen Strand und Dünen

Es war ein toller sehr abwechslungsreicher Urlaub. Auf der einen Seite das Meer und die langen Sandstrände und auf der anderen Seite die weitläufige Dünenlandschaft. Auch für unseren Hund perfekt Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett

Es war toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem eingerichtet und hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Und diese Ruhe. Einmalig. Man braucht nur ein paar Schritte und schon ist man am Meer. De Panne ist auch im Winter sehr sehenswert. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto, aber bis zum fabelhaften Delhaize sind es nur 2,5 Km. Da wollen wir wieder hin.

wohnen in den Dünen

Wohnung viel zu weit vom Zentrum daher Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Auto gleich Null. Keine Waschmaschine, keine Haltegriffen an der Wanne, sonst alles OK. Wurde als La Panne genannt war aber in Westhoek (nicht La Panne). Die angebotene Beschreibung war nicht genau und daher irreführend

Je vous remercie pour votre retour. Votre remarque concernant un appui pour la baignoire est tout-à-fait judicieuse et nous allons en tenir compte. Notre appartement se trouve bien à la Panne au niveau du Westhoek et donc en effet à +/- 1 km du centre. Il n'y a pas de machine à laver mais il y a 3 salons lavoirs à La Panne. Ces points étaient bien repris dans notre annonce.

Tres propre et au calme,mais il faudrais refaire le salon car la moisissure et la,donc pas trop bon pour la santee.il a ete tres simple pour l arrivee grace au code.le parking et l ascenseur sont super pratiques.je conseillerais cette endroi a mon college de travail avec ses 2 enfants car il y a beaucoup de places.

Je pense que vous parlez de la condensation sur le carreau latéral plutôt que de la moisissure (que nous n'avons pas et que nous n'avons jamais eue). Je vous rassure, cela n'a aucune incidence sur la santé; cela a juste un petit impact sur la vue latérale mais n'impacte pas du tout la vue frontale sur la mer. Pour l'arrivée cela sera encore mieux à l'avenir car vous serez accueillis pas Anais qui téléphonera aux hôtes 2 jours avant leur arrivée pour convenir d'une heure de rendez-vous. Au plaisir de vous revoir!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr gut Ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, Bis DePannne Zentrum ca, 1,6 Km bis zur Straßenbahn ca, 1 Km. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im der Nähe.

Bin von der Wohnung total endtäuscht Schimmel , stinkender Kühlschrank , ein Protokoll weil man uns nicht sagte das es eine Garage gibt und man für Sonntag zahlen muss 30€ , :-((((((

Bonjour, je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas pris connaissance des informations qui vous ont été envoyées et qui précisaient bien l'emplacement du garage en sous sol. Ces informations sont disponibles sur le site également. Il est vrai que les places de parking devant l'immeuble sont payantes pendant les Week ends et les congés scolaires. Il est néanmoins possible de se garer sur des parkings non payants situés à 150m de l'immeuble dans une rue parallèle à la Dysnastielaan. Bonne journée.

Nur schön….

Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Kindern oder Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und bequem. Toll, dass ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazugehört und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist besser als TV. Das Bad strahlt noch den Charme der 70er Jahre aus, was aber nicht stört, denn es ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Stadt erreicht man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang.

Super appart, je le recommande !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement était propre à l’arrivée et est très bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables, et il y a suffisamment d’espace de rangement dans les chambres. Grande salle de bain avec toilette séparée. Cuisine bien équipée & living très agréable avec superbe vue ! Communication facile avec les propriétaires, ils sont disponibles et réagissent rapidement si nécessaire. Je reviendrai certainement !
