Nice, relaxing place, but needs a little TLC

This apartment/condo is a very nice place to stay and unwind for a few days. Good access to shopping in Somerset and to hiking a sightseeing. The place itself was a bit of disappointment to me and my wife because it was not especially clean when we arrived, and because the property needs some general updating to be really great. Overall, we had a relaxing a pleasant time, but likely would look elsewhere if we were going to go for a similar getaway in the future.

Our standards are high, and we go over all issues with our staff to ensure we each learn from any mistakes. Our homeowner is very particular, so we thank you for bringing these things to our attention. Moving forward, we will continue to work with our Six Sigma Consultant on our company policies and procedures.
