House on two levels, <br>Ground floor large space with living room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob.<br>The central island will allow you to eat, the dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, the living room you can relax TV, wifi connection access to Netflix,<br>The garden behind the house will allow you to have lunch or dine outside with garden furniture and dining area.<br>On the 1st two bedrooms, the master bedroom has access to a terrace with a small garden furniture, the second bedroom is smaller but is equipped with a 140cm double bed.<br>The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.<br>You can park your vehicle in the access ramp to the garage.
