About this property

Cottage in Auvergne near Cascade Gour

This wonderful cottage in the green heart of France, the Auvergne offers a beautiful view over the hills of the Combraille and the Creuse. You can fully enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Dogs are also very welcome (maximum 3 large dogs advisable)! The holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The property is in the Puy-de-Dôme. You will find several picturesque places, such as Charron, Bussières, and Roche-d'Agoux. A day trip to the Cascade du gour Saillant, about 24 km from the home is a must.

Only the front part of this former 'fermette' (farm) is rented out by the homeowners. It is the last house in a small village on a cul-de-sac. The second floor is accessible via the bedroom on the first floor. There are toys for the dogs and they can play safely in the enclosed private garden. The private pool offers wonderful cooling during the summer days! Ferme Ranciat is the ideal holiday destination for you and your dog(s) in the Auvergne, Puy-de-Dôme. Peace and space are our keywords.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 28 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir brauchten eines Nachts Hilfe und sie kamen uns zusammen mit ihrem wunderbaren Nachbarn zu Hilfe.
