Do you appreciate the tranquility of small places, refreshment in the pool on hot days and all this with a view of a green and blooming landscape? Do you value tasty dishes in good konobas, nice people and a cozy atmosphere? Then this vacation home in typical Istrian style is just right for you! It is located in the tranquil village of Marasi and is furnished in a rustic, elegant and partly antique style. Relax by the beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the excellent local wine. The children have plenty of space to play and romp, in addition to the swing and sandbox. We recommend, among other things, a trip to Vrsar! Here you will find beautiful beaches and small, cozy konobas with traditional dishes. In Porec you can stroll through narrow streets and visit one of the numerous cafes. An experience for children is the Dinosaur Park in Funtana. It is the second of its kind in Europe. Here you can admire the dinosaurs in true size and in motion.

An excellent experience from start to finish.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Owners very friendly and helpful. Any question or issue they were just a phone call away. Pool and jacuzzi professionally cleaned and chemicals checked 2x per week. The real test is how people react if something goes wrong, which can happen on occasion with such a big house. Example- dishwasher broke. It was serviced and running again on the 2nd day! Honestly speaking I wouldn’t have that quick and friendly response at home. 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 grandkids loved the two weeks’ stay here.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort was wirklich schön ist.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Ort was wirklich schön ist. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich , wir haben sogar am zweiten Tag eine selbstgemachte kroatische Spezialität bekommen ( sehr sehr lecker) und noch Obst. Der Pool wurde 2 mal gereinigt. Die Vermieterin hat sogar unsere Handtücher gewaschen als sie vom Regen und Wind weggespült wurden weil wir grad nicht da waren. Service ist auf jedenfall ein Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön, eins zwei Kleinigkeiten sind in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem noch ok. Wir hatten eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit dort und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
