Villa Marija with Private Pool in Klostar

New and very comfortable and nice decorated villa with pool for 8 people. Located is in the village, only 8 km from Vrsar. The house is situated on the edge of the village on their own fenced parcel of 600m2 of private pool and olive grove. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen, large dining table, one bedroom with own bathroom and separate toilet with washimg room. From the living room out to the covered terrace where there is a grill and a seating area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and three bathroom each with its own shower / toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher). The house is fully air conditioned and additionally includes satellite TV, Internet, safe, and a washing machine). Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a small park for children, and private parking. You can also taste and buy homemade products from the owner's own production: wine, rakija and olive oil. The area is very popular for cyclists due to Lim Fjord and lots of bike trails and a lookout point.

Lovely Villa in Kloštar. We have been to the area before and loved it. Villa is very nice with plenty of space and a great pool and bbq. Owners very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant around the corner is nice too. Would be good to have maybe a small welcome pack and instructions on handing the keys back. Plastic cups would be good for by the pool. Very small things, but would stay again.

Erholung und Genuss

Tolles Ferienhaus mit einem großen Pool. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden sich viele Wander- und Fahrradwege, super auch für den Urlaub mit Hund. Der Limski Fjord ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mehrere Konobas im Ort bzw. der in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
