This modern ground level vacation home with private swimming pool is located in the quiet village of Kadumi, near Porec. With the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and the kitchen, it offers enough comfort for a relaxing vacation. In front of the house, in the fenced garden, there is a children's playground and behind the house, in the middle of the greenery, you will find the swimming pool, sunbeds and the parasol, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. In the village itself is a konoba 'Kazeta', which is known for its good traditional Istrian cuisine. A few kilometers away is Porec. There you will find beautiful bathing beaches (e.g. Plava Laguna - the blue lagoon) as well as a lot of entertainment, let yourself be inspired by the cultural sights. The most famous sight of Porec is the Euphrasius Basilica. Active vacationers have bicycles at their disposal and an activity room with billiards, darts, table football and game table.

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Porec. Es sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas unmodern, aber sauber und ordentlich. Mittlerweile ist in jedem Zimmer eine gut funktionierende moderne Klimaanlage. Die Bäder sind gut, der Pool ist top und wird 2 mal in der Woche gereinigt. Auf der Terrasse kann man sich wohlfühlen und der Essbereich wurde von uns geliebt. Es sind ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe usw. für 10 Leute vorhanden.Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert, wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr freundlich bei unserer Ankunft empfangen und durchs Haus geführt.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Alter von 4, 36, 37, 60, 70, 76 und 83 Jahren dort.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Alter von 4, 36, 37, 60, 70, 76 und 83 Jahren dort. Es war für jeden spitze. Alles super sauber, Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Sehr geräumige Zimmer und für jedes Zimmer ist ein eigenes Bad vorhanden. Die ganze Anlage um das Haus herum (Pool, Spielgeräte, Pflanzen usw) ist toll gepflegt. Man kann hier an nichts meckern ☺️ wir waren rundrum mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wieder dort anreisen.
