Our unit comes with a queen size bed, living room sofa, dining table, cable TV (2 tvs in unit), wireless internet (30 mb/sec), AC, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas, water, electricity. There is a $250/month utility cap.
There is 1 assigned parking space in our gated parking garage that is included with the rent. Our unit comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens. Our guests can upgrade internet speeds, direct TV packages and schedule housekeeping services at an additional cost.
The Complex has a 24hr security desk that monitors the high definition cameras throughout the property and parking garage. This is a key fob controlled-access community.
