The property was amazing! The view of the mountains every morning was spectacular. Sunsets were especially beautiful from the back balcony. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. We had a group of 6 and we had plenty of room.

Wonderful view, this cabin had all we needed for the kitchen, extra blankets, towels, pillows (which you may need). A great DVD selection and tons of games. The master bed has very flat pillows, so I suggest bringing your own or using an extra in the closet. Make sure to bring ground coffee or Keurig pods. they have both types of coffee makers. I will say the floor was not cleaned, I swept when we got there and cleaned up a spill by the couch; but otherwise VERY clean. We used the washer and dyer and that was convenient. Very steep grade on driveway as is listed but it is worth it to get to the top. We enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

very sorry about the condition of the floors when you checked in. I wished you would have let me know, and I would have had a cleaner come and correct. Not an excuse, an explanation. We have had issues recently with our cleaning company and are currently looking for a new cleaning crew. But still it is not acceptable.

Awesome home/Great views

This is our 3 or 4 time staying here with 10 adults. Plenty of room, very nice, and close to the Nantahala Outdoor Center and Bryson City. We will be back next year.

Weekend Getaway in the Clouds

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It’s bell laid out and provided ample space for us to congregate. From the back porch, we enjoyed watching the clouds float through the valley below. We plan on going back!

Everything was great. Make sure you have a vehicle that can climb the road that winds around to the cabin. Every thing else was excellent. From the neighbors to the host. Nothing was outdated in this house everything from the appliances to the bathroom.. if you have a stressful job as I do a few days at this cabin can recharge you.

Mountain top cabin.

Was the best stocked rental. Really loved the place; however it really is a crooked narrow road getting to the cabin. Cabin definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Very secluded and beautiful scenery.

We will get our cleaning crew on it immediately. As for the road, we do state in the property description that it is located on a narrow mountain road and that all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Polar Express

We stayed in this cabin in anticipation for our polar express train ride! The drive to the cabin is rough. But the cabin and view are amazing! Clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. My family deeply enjoyed it.

Beautiful cabin

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin is beautiful and the views are absolutely gorgeous! The location was great for exploring the area. We were traveling with two cars. One was a four wheel drive and one was not. We didn't have any trouble making it to the house (the weather was wonderful though). I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving in the mountains

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room. Everything was great except there is no heat in the downstairs bathroom. The can opener or coffee pot don’t work.. We really enjoyed our vacation. We definitely would go back !

Paradise on Earth

Such a beautiful spot!! Thanksgiving with our grown kids and grand baby!! It was perfect for us. The scenery was gorgeous. There was plenty to cook a huge meal with and plenty of space between the rooms provided! The owner was very helpful. If you enjoy hiking, there is the national forest close by! It was great! Definitely will consider staying again! Thank you!!
