Upon arrival, you may be asked for a deposit of €500, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Es war eine tolle Woche im Haus von Severine. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Maude war äußerst freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist top, vor allem die Außendusche (leider auf den Fotos noch nicht abgebildet) und auch das Fahrrad, das die Gäste benutzen können, haben uns sehr gefallen.Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Barbâtre, mit Fahrrädern ist aber alles gut erreichbar. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Maude und Severine!

Excellent séjour à Noirmoutier

Maison neuve, parfaitement propre, équipement parfait. La route est quelque peu bruyante dans la journée ( mais pas franchement gênante), par contre le soir et la nuit, vraiment très calme. Mer à 700 mètres. Conciergerie extrêmement serviable qui s'est adaptée, on ne peut plus gentiment à nos horaires. Accueil agréable. Très bonnes infos concernant notre futur séjour reçues de Séverine avant notre arrivée. Si toutes les locations de vacances pouvaient avoir cette qualité.....

un caprice qui porte ses fruits

Maison parfaite, le jardin manque un peu d'intimité, clôture basse... On aurait eu besoin d'information sur l'accès aux plages, on a perdu du temps à trouver nos marques en 3 jours. Je note l'ensemble à 4,8. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très chaleureuse, bravo !
