The modern vacation house is located not far from Barban in the quiet village of Melnica. You live in a hilly location and are surrounded by green vegetation. The house was built primarily for comfort and relaxation. The cozy interior continues outside on the large covered terrace with outdoor fireplace and dining table. There you will also find the beautiful outdoor pool and playground with swing, seesaw, slide and trampoline. You can relax carefree on the terrace and recharge the batteries for what comes after the vacation, while your children are busy at the playground, because you have you in full view. For young and old alike, there is a combined volleyball and badminton court in the garden. The interior is very comfortable and contemporary. In the surrounding area you will find a high ropes course, the possibility of excursions with horses, quads, off-road vehicles or with kayaks. Besides good restaurants in the area, you will also find many wine cellars offering delicious drops. Not far from Barban is Blaz Bay and its beaches.
