House for 6-8 persons: approx. 200 m2 spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge area, a kitchen and a living/dining area with air conditioning and an open fireplace. Furthermore you will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The first floor features a small gym room, a bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. The larger bedroom (approx. 30 m2) offers two additional sofa beds (each 100 x 180 cm; sleeping one child up to 12 years of age). The spacious attic (approx. 50 m2) comes with plenty of room for playing and enjoying free time with the kids. Besides a tv with Play Station, many other games are provided for the enjoyment of the entire family. The attic is equipped with air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
