Welcome to Chateau Paradise! This completely renovated, newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is a vacationer’s dream! As you pull up to the front of the home, you’ll notice the immaculate landscaping and welcoming exterior. Walking through the front door, you’re greeted with a bright, open floor plan, vinyl plank flooring that spans the home and beautiful, sunny views of the 15th green of the Club Course.

The living area is complete with a wall-mounted flat screen TV, comfortable seating and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The stunning, eat-in kitchen was designed with a chef in mind! It features new stainless appliances, marble counters, plenty of cabinet space and an oversized island with 4 barstools. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6. Another set of sliding doors can be found off the dining area.

The master bedroom is located on the first level. This large space features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen, and sliding doors that lead to the back patio. The master also features a private bathroom with a double vanity, stand alone tub and a walk-in shower.

Uniquely, the first level of the home features a dedicated office space, as well as a multipurpose space that can be used for a play area, yoga studio or another office for those on a working vacation! The powder room and laundry room are also located on this level.

The second floor of the home features the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom with a large vanity area and a walk-in shower.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride. Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog. (Dogs must be 40lbs or less each.)

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week.

Fall break getaway

The property and house was beautiful, I also loved the layout of the house ❤️ Everything was as described in the listing plus more! My family had a great getaway for fall break, thank you again.

Just OK

Property looks to be a flip that did not have everything renovated well. The upstairs has a musty smell. There was evidence of previous guests with pet hair behind the master bed. All of the mattresses need replaced. They are soft with indentations from lots of use which make sleeping very uncomfortable. There were very few towels, no beach towels, no floor length mirror in the entire home and poor lighting in the bathrooms for makeup and getting ready. The pool was warm and clean, but the neighbor had a dog locked inside that barked incessantly. The constant barking made the pool expereince one that was not enjoyable.

Wonderful home in Sea Pines

Chateau Paradise was perfect foe our family. Everything in the home was brand new, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home. We also enjoyed exploring all the trails throughout Sea Pines. Sunset Rentals made the process of Checkin/ checkout easy and sent us a gate pass in advance. Would definitely stay heee again!
