Golf Trip

Great location on Harbour Town in Sea Pines. Quite neighborhood on the golf course.House was clean and pool looked great but it was too cold to use.

Just Right

Great location. Neighborhood very quiet. Pool and #13 fairway perfect for our labrador. Carpet throughout house which promotes strong odors. We bought candles to offset the smell. Really needs to be completely removed and ceramic tile installed. Pool area could use upgrades but overall we were very pleased with our decision.

Our stay was ok. The pictures of the pool area are deceptive. The screen was dirty with tree debris piled on top. The pool area was very dirty. It needs a real good power wash as well as the outdoor furniture. Upon arrival there was dirty utensils and a napkin in the sink. Previous persons who have done the dishes put them back quite dirty as well. It could be gorgeous if it was cleaner. I had high expectations that were not met unfortunately. Also would appreciate the other company not hassling about renting beach gear we never ended up using anyway.

We’ve shared your notes with our cleaning and maintenance teams to arrange a thorough power-wash of the pool area, a deep clean of the screened enclosure and outdoor furniture, and to reinforce our cleaning checklist so dishes and debris aren’t left behind. Great location but needs cleaning

While this location was great, this property needs a good cleaning. The ceiling fans are dirty as are the vents, and you can't walk in the house without socks or shoes on because your feet would be filthy. It even smells unclean. We've rented many properties in Sea Pines over the last 25 years. This was by far the most we've paid and our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall quality were higher as a result. Lots of properties in Sea Pines are a bit dated - but this one was dirty which was really disappointing. Will not rent from Sunset Rentals again.

Great place

Really enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course, the decor and the pool. Neighborhood is a lovely place to walk. Had everything we needed and we were so happy to be able to bring our dog.
