Best place around

When you arrive on the hilltop you already feel the tranquility of this place. The owner, Michele, gives you a warm welcome and tells you everything you need to know about the usage of the house and nearby facilities. In the house there is a map with tips about everything you can imagine. Day trips to Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio etc, but also restaurant tips, markets to visit, tips were you can do your groceries and the list goes on. Michele can assist you with reservations and can tip you which restaurant suits you better. The lovely boxer Brenda accompanies him often. She is part of the estate and the kids loved her and she loved to play with them. I recommend this to everyone. Needless to say you need own transportation to get around.

ESPERIENZA SUBLIME!!!!

Siamo stati una settimana in gruppo in questo paradiso di tranquillità. Una proprietà tutta per noi , con giardini per fare colazione e cena con vista da cartolina sull' alta Val Tiberina. Un vigneto panoramico, un grande uliveto, un cane da guardia, Brenda, in giro per la tenuta che vuole solo coccole, una piscina attrezzatissima, titolari tra cui Michele, gentilissimi e discreti, un vino della tenuta che è un nettare....dimentico qualcosa? Scopritelo voi. Sarebbe da tornare ogni fine settimana ma....non si puo!

OTTO GIORNI AL TOP!!!!

Appena tornati da un posto straordinario per chi vuole relax e tranquillità. Struttura molto elegante e curata ideale per i bimbi con un bellissimo parco, una zona ben attrezzata con giochi ed una bellissima piscina...questa a dire il vero ideale anche per i più grandi. Posto strategico per posizione vicino ai maggiori centri di interesse come Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, etc. Complimenti ai titolari per la professionalità e passione dimostrata! Da consigliare sicuramente.

Location perfetta per soggiorni rilassanti

Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Michele, il padrone di casa, disponibilissimo e preparato nell’indicarci tutte le bellezze del luogo. La villa in tenuta è curata, spaziosa è dotata di tutti i confort. Davanti a noi avevamo la piscina, a nostra disposizione. Panorama molto suggestivo sugli uliveti e vigneti. Posizione collinare, tranquilla ma anche ideale per raggiungere le più belle località umbre. Consigliatissimo!
