A spacious and sunny terrace with high-quality garden furniture surrounds this modern and very comfortable house, which is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Only 200 m separate the very bright vacation property from a beautiful, long, fine sandy beach. Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, which extends to the state forest of Lessay, invites you to very nice walks. Watch the flocks of sheep grazing on the salt marshes and then taste some of the most delicious oysters from the English Channel. Agon-Coutainville, with its golf course and casino, is 30 km away, and Utah Beach is just another 20 km away. Situated at the gates of the Cotentin Peninsula, this very pleasant vacation home gives you the opportunity to benefit easily from both the sandy beaches, the natural park of Cotentin and Bessin with its magnificent marshland, the landing beaches of the Allies and a day trip from Carteret (25 km) to the Jersey Island. On cooler days or in winter, geothermal heating provides a comfortable room temperature in an economically efficient way.

sehr gerÀumiges und komfortables Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus bietet sehr viel Platz und Komfort. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt zwei sehr gemĂŒtliche Sofagarnituren jeweils mit Fernseher und auch die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet. In der Garage standen sogar FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung, die allerdings nicht alle fahrtĂŒchtig waren. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig - langes Ausschlafen ist garantiert. St. Germain Plage ist ein reiner Ferienort. Das Haus liegt im strandnahen, Ă€lteren Teil. Hier wechseln sich top renovierte FerienhĂ€user mit alten HĂ€uschen ab, die eher an eine Kleingartensiedlung erinnern. In der zweiten AugusthĂ€lfte war nur ein Teil der HĂ€user in Benutzung. Alle und alles war sehr entspannt und relaxt. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine sehr kleine, aber gute BĂ€ckerei. Der Strand ist sehr nah, man kann jederzeit kurz ins Haus zurĂŒcklaufen. Ende August war der Strand nur spĂ€rlich besucht. Der Gezeitenwechsel ist allerdings sehr ausgeprĂ€gt. Schwimmen ist im Prinzip nur bei Flut möglich. SĂŒdlich des Ortes liegen große MuschelbĂ€nke, die bei Ebbe zum Vorschein kommen. Wer frische MeeresfrĂŒchte mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour excellent dans cette villa oĂč tout est prĂ©vu pour le confort, les prestations de qualitĂ© et le calme. La mer et les commerces sont Ă  deux pas. De plus, les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et Ă  l'Ă©coute. Nous reviendrons.
