Friendly vacation home on the slopes of the Tiber Valley, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, about 2 km from San Giustino. The vacation home consists of two independent living units (for 4 and 7 people each - spiral staircase to the 1st floor). The living rooms have exits onto a large covered terrace overlooking the valley. Rustic furnishings, one bedroom on the gallery with sloping roof (max height 1.60m). Next to the house is the private pool area (lit at night), behind it a small wood with playground; barbecue. Convenient location for excursions to Arezzo (40km), Perugia, Gubbio, Urbino (60km) and many more. Also the nearby towns in the valley itself such as Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Città di Castello will not disappoint you. Or take a day trip over the Bocca Trabaria pass across into the Marche region, to Urbino and on to the Adriatic coast!
