Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When we arrived we were told we were only allowed to use A/C if we were in our rooms; however, the A/C's were constantly tripping the breaker so they were useless and did not run even after the host shut off all of the other appliances in an effort to have them run the breakers still tripped. We could not use A/C at all as advertised.The kitchen was infested with bugs of all kinds.The pool was dirty along with all of the deck patio furniture nothing had been cleaned.We rented this property as an "entire home, private pool" and were shocked when we found out the host was residing in a separate suite within the property.We remained at the property for approximately two hours solely to give the host every reasonable opportunity to address all of the deficiencies. When it became clear that these issues could not be resolved, we had no reasonable alternative but to leave and secure other accommodation. As the host did not speak English, we had an interpreter available, the host agreed to giving us a refund for the entire amount, we have now been fighting to get our refund as promised by the host
