This property is absolutely fabulous — far better than we ever expected. The host stayed in touch throughout our stay, making check‑in and check‑out completely seamless. We were five adults and two children (8 and 12), and everyone adored the pool and outdoor areas. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our five‑day stay. It was comfortable, beautifully presented, and truly a home away from home. We would most definitely recommend staying in this Villa when you are next travelling to Valencia. Ann Jones.

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful villa in L’Eliana. From the moment we booked, the host was fantastic with communication, making everything straightforward and stress-free.The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need. The pool is huge and was a real highlight for both the adults and children. The gardens are stunning, and the surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet – the perfect place to relax and unwind.The location is excellent too, with local amenities nearby, Valencia city and the Oceanogràfic just a short taxi ride away, and the airport only around 15 minutes away.We made some amazing family memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. We’d love to return in the future!

An amazing experience

This property is simply amazing. It is very spacious (and we are a family of five), beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail in it is well thought out. It has everything and more one might want for a perfect family vacation: a meticulously landscaped outdoor area complete with a perfect pool, beautiful space to enjoy the time indoors, a kitchen equipped with everything one might need, a grill, and even a gym. The location is perfect; it is a short walk from the metro train to Valencia and a short walk to a small but well-stocked supermarket and a couple of restaurants. The neighborhood is green and tranquil. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about the host. Laurent was considerate, thoughtful and very helpful. He answered all my questions ahead of time, he graciously offered to move one of the beds for my kids so they can all sleep on the same floor, and he left us treats, including coffee and a bottle of wine, which we very much enjoyed. He also was available via messaging to answer questions throughout our stay. I give this property and the host my highest possible endorsement, and I would love to stay here again when I am in the area.

Laurent was a great host and the house was perfect for our stay. The house is only 20 mins taxi from Valencia airport and we were able to order a Mercadona food shop for the day of arrival. We were a party if 4 adults and 6 children from age 2-9years and the house suited us really well. The pool was lovely and the locations is really quiet. Aircon in all the rooms so lovely and cool. Would highly recommend for a large family stay.
